Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 4dragon platform through our website 4dragon.app or our official mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 4dragon platform ("Platform", "us"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

This platform is only available to individuals who are 18 years of age and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete.

Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of services on 4dragon, you are required to register an account using valid information. Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without any refund of remaining balances.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
  • Ensuring that no other party accesses your account without your authorisation.
  • Notifying us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Keeping your personal information up to date whenever changes occur to ensure its accuracy.

4dragon is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their account credentials. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a user of the 4dragon platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules without exception:

  • You must not use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations in Malaysia.
  • You must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to manipulate or exploit the platform's systems.
  • You must not attempt to hack, breach, or otherwise interfere with the security or operations of the platform.
  • You must not share, sell, or transfer your account to any other party.
  • You must not make false claims, engage in fraudulent conduct, or participate in any activity that could harm other users or the platform.
  • Any attempt to unlawfully influence the outcome of a game is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4dragon reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including account termination, where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of any of the above rules.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 4dragon platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include Boost, Touch 'n Go, and online bank transfers via channels approved by the platform.

Deposit

  • The minimum deposit amount is subject to the chosen payment method and may change from time to time.
  • Successfully deposited funds will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method.
  • 4dragon is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as payment service providers or banks.

Withdrawal

  • Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the 4dragon account holder.
  • Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal request is approved.
  • 4dragon reserves the right to withhold or cancel any withdrawal request suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.
  • Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method selected and may take up to 48 hours on business days.

Any dispute relating to a transaction must be reported to 4dragon customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.

Liability Limits & Account Policy

Platform Liability Limits

The 4dragon platform and its affiliated entities shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Service disruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Financial losses or missed opportunities incurred while the platform was inaccessible.
  • Any third-party action that affects the user's account or transactions.

Account Suspension & Closure

4dragon reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:

  • Fraud, misrepresentation of information, or a breach of these terms has occurred.
  • The account is suspected of involvement in money laundering or other illegal activities.
  • The user has registered multiple accounts.
  • A request has been received from a relevant authority or regulatory body.

In the event of an account closure for legitimate reasons, any eligible balance will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete and no breach has been established.

Intellectual Property, External Links & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the 4dragon platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, software, and other multimedia elements — is the exclusive property of this platform or its respective licensors. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using any such content without prior written consent from 4dragon is strictly prohibited.

Third-Party Links

The 4dragon platform may contain links or references to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms

4dragon reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the platform or their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through mutual negotiation between the user and the platform will be referred to the appropriate resolution mechanism under the platform's internal procedures.
